We are pleased to offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within Canada. No minimum purchase is required.

Processing & Delivery Time

Estimated Total Delivery Time = Processing Time + Transit Time
Please note that delivery timeframes are estimates only and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to holidays, weather conditions, high shipping volumes, customs procedures (if applicable), or carrier-related disruptions. Mila & Colette is not responsible for delays once the parcel has been transferred to the shipping carrier.
Order Confirmation & Tracking
Once your order has been processed and dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

Delivery Responsibility
Orders are shipped to the address provided at checkout. Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete.

Failed delivery attempts due to customer unavailability

Packages marked as delivered by the carrier
If a package is marked as delivered but cannot be located, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We will gladly assist where possible.
Address Changes
If you need to modify your delivery address, please contact us immediately at info@milacolette.ca.
Address changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.
Multiple Shipping Addresses
We are unable to ship a single order to multiple addresses. Please place separate orders for each delivery location.
Damaged, Lost, or Delayed Packages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the packaging and item.
If your order has not arrived within the estimated delivery window, please allow a few additional business days for carrier delays before contacting us.
While we will always do our best to assist, Mila & Colette is not liable for shipping delays, carrier errors, or lost packages once confirmed in transit.
