At Mila & Colette, we truly value every woman who chooses to shop with us. We carefully select each piece and hope you love your order. However, we understand that occasionally a return may be necessary.

Please review our policy below before making a purchase.


Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unworn, and unwashed

  • Items must be in original condition and packaging

  • Items must be free of perfume, deodorant, makeup, or damage

  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

Items returned in worn, altered, damaged, or non-resellable condition will not be eligible for a refund.

Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted.


How to Request a Return

To initiate a return, please email:

Include:

  • Your order number

  • Reason for return

  • Clear photos or videos of the item

If your return is approved, we will provide detailed return instructions, including the return address.

Please do not send items back without receiving confirmation from us first.


Return Shipping

Approved returns must be sent to our designated fulfillment warehouse. Return location details will be provided upon approval.

  • If the return is due to customer preference (size issue, change of mind, no longer wanted), the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.

  • If the return is due to our error (incorrect or damaged item), we will cover reasonable return shipping costs.

We strongly recommend using a trackable shipping method. Mila & Colette is not responsible for returns lost in transit without valid tracking confirmation.

We also recommend selecting a courier service that provides compensation coverage in case of loss or damage.


Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery.

If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at:

Include:

  • Clear photos or video of the issue

  • A brief explanation

We will offer a replacement or full refund where appropriate.

Product concerns must be reported within 7 days of delivery. Claims made after this timeframe may not be eligible for resolution.


Exchanges

If you would prefer an exchange instead of a refund, please indicate this in your return request.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.


Order Cancellations

Orders begin processing immediately after placement to ensure timely fulfillment. For this reason, cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has been placed.

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your approved return, we will notify you of the approval status.

If approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method

  • Processing time is typically 5–7 business days

  • Additional processing time may apply depending on your bank or credit card provider

Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.


Important Notes

Mila & Colette reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet the conditions outlined above.

We are not responsible for:

  • Delays caused by shipping carriers

  • Lost return packages without tracking confirmation

  • Incorrect addresses provided by the customer
